Refund Policy
Smartify DOOEL Skopje is committed to providing high-quality coaching services. However, due to the nature of time-based and digital services, refunds are limited and clearly defined.
Coaching Sessions
- Refunds are not available for sessions already delivered or missed without timely cancellation.
- If the coaching relationship is terminated before all sessions are used, the client may request a partial refund for the unused sessions, as long as they are still within the valid 6-month usage period.
- The refund amount will be determined based on the number of remaining sessions and the original package price.
- If the client fails to use the sessions within 6 months from purchase, the full package is considered expired and no refund will be issued.
