Delivery and Service Fulfillment Policy
Smartify DOOEL Skopje delivers all coaching services under clear and professional standards to ensure a smooth and supportive client experience.
Coaching Sessions
- Coaching sessions are conducted online (via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- On-site (in-person) sessions may be arranged upon request, depending on location and availability.
- Each session lasts 60 minutes.
- Sessions are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement between the client and the coach.
- Confirmation of the session is sent via email or calendar invitation.
- Coaching packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
- If the client fails to use the sessions within that timeframe, the package will be considered expired and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
- Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in the session being marked as delivered.
- In exceptional cases (e.g. emergencies), rescheduling outside this rule may be considered at the discretion of the coach.
Refunds and Cancellations Before Starting
If a client purchases a coaching package but decides not to begin any sessions, they are eligible for a full refund only if the cancellation request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, and no session has been scheduled or delivered.
To request a refund, the client must contact us via email at info@smartify.mk within this period.
Requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund, even if no sessions have been used.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation of eligibility.
Support and Communication
- All communication regarding scheduling, session logistics, or changes is handled via email at info@smartify.mk.
- Clients are expected to be present and prepared at the agreed session time, in a focused, distraction-free environment.
- We aim to respond to all inquiries and requests within 1–2 business days.
